Fees and Payment Schedule



On all our hunts we must receive a 50% deposit before we consider the hunt booked. When two or more parties are interested in the same date, the first deposit received gets the booking and any duplicate payments received will be promptly returned. In the case of cancellations, deposits will be refunded less a 10% service charge if notice is received prior to January 1st on the year of the hunt. After January 1st, deposits shall be forfeited unless transferred to a mutually acceptable substitute client. Payments may be made by personal or company check, payable to Big Nine Outfitters. All quotations are in US funds. The balance of payment, plus taxes, is due by July 1 the year of your hunt. Tax (GST) is 12% for residents of Canada and 6% for non residents.

Archery Hunts

 For those who wish to hunt with a bow, dates and payment schedule are the same as those listed on Hunt Type #'s 1 through 5. There is a $100.00 per day additional charge on all bow hunts, this fee is to help offfset our extra costs.

E.g. 10 day Elk hunt add $800.00 to your hunt price
       15 day Sheep hunt add $1300.00 to your hunt price
